Workshop Workshop
Register to attend Open in live agenda View full agendaMany organisations have defined their ICP, but the hard part is putting contacts and companies into the correct ICP archetype! Allocating your ICP has never been easier, AI now has the ability to quickly asses your contacts, and assign it an ICP. But the challenge is doing this in a programatic, repeatable way, with the data that lives inside your CRM.
This session will show how you build an AI prompt to assign your ICP, build a framework in which to execute the code (for this we'll be using Cursor, but the principles apply to whatever you use, or if your'e a complete beginner, this session will show you the fundamental basics), and leverage the HubSpot API to apply this to your whole database, so that you can use this data in your day to dat running of your sales and marketing processes.
We will also be venturing into the world of Local Language Models (LLMs) which is a fancy way of saying "offline AI" so your data stays entirely in your control, and never leaves your machine to be gobbled up by the AI data centres which is an important consideration for a lot of businesses right now.
This is an end to end workshop, starting from an empty database, to a fully configured, repeatable system to allocate your ICP to your entire database using an LLM and building your own codebase.
