Tech Demos 2026 - Quickfire learning session for next generation event tech

Out tech demos return for 2026 but in a new & exciting format. This 45-minute session will feature back-to-back tech demos from:

• CX Data - CX Data gives organisers running multi-show portfolios a fully managed data function, pulling registration, ticketing, revenue and campaign data into one view. Its AI analyst answers questions like "how are we pacing against last edition?" in plain English, with daily alerts when something changes.
• EVAReg LLC (HyTechPro) - EVAReg helps meeting planners at associations, non-profits, universities and enterprise organisations automate complex event operations. The platform takes out the manual tasks and is built to lift attendee engagement.
• Flume - Flume is a sales performance system that codifies what top performers do and coaches every rep in their workflow with AI. It's built on experience in the media, events and information sectors and gives sales leaders a forecast they can trust.
• Wall.io - Walls.io is a social wall that collects, curates and displays user-generated content from social platforms in one live feed. Attendees can also post photos, videos and messages straight to the wall during the event.

Following each demo, attendees have the chance to ask questions to each presenter and offer honest feedback on the potential application of their tech in real-world scenarios.
