Built in, not bolted on: what accessible event design actually looks like

Disability is the only marginalised group anyone can join without notice. Your keynote speaker, your headline sponsor, your best exhibitor, any of them could arrive in November needing something they didn't need in June. Most events still wait to be asked. This session argues that's the wrong model, and shows what it looks like to build access in from the start so nobody has to disclose, request or compromise.
