Be honest. Who actually enjoys cold networking? Walking up to strangers. Spending twenty minutes with the wrong person. Trying yet another networking app, only to find yourself scrolling through profiles and sending cold messages into silence. The follow-up you forget to send. And the awkward business of saying no.
We’ve spent close to 40 years between us in business development and sales. We’ve done all of it. So why is making business connections still so difficult? Even dating apps don’t always get mutual interest right. But the principle matters: both people should have a reason to say yes. Why should professional networking be any different?
Join TIESi co-founders Jurgita Biceika and Michaela Ondriasova for an interactive session and a live role-play with Tie, your personal AI agent for business connections. Tie understands what you’re looking for, finds people whose needs and offerings align, keeps your criteria private and makes introductions only when both agree. It also helps schedule meetings, prepares personalised briefings and prompts follow-up, leaving you to do the interesting part - actually connecting.
And TIESi isn’t another conference app. It’s built around you, your goals and the connections you make along the way.
The event ends. Your network doesn’t.
Speaker
Jurgita Bičeika is Co-founder and Director of TIESi, with nearly two decades of experience in international business development, sales and commercial leadership.
She spent over 15 years at Euromonitor International in London and Vilnius, leading commercial teams and driving international growth, before heading international business development at TEGOS, a Baltic law firm.
After years of conferences, introductions and countless follow-ups, she began questioning why finding the right professional connections still involves so much guesswork - even for people who do it for a living. That question led her to co-found TIESi, a professional networking platform built around Tie, a personal AI agent that helps people find mutually relevant connections and build lasting relationships at events and beyond.
