Most of us hate receiving generic outreach. Then we go back to the office and send thousands of messages just like it. Carola from Informa Markets has tried both extremes: spray and pray, then months of manual research on 15 target companies for CPHI. Both failed. In this session she shares what finally worked: letting AI do the research and the writing, while marketing and sales do the thinking.
Over 21 months and more than 30 campaigns, Informa has used Super Benji to run small, highly relevant campaigns of around 300 prospects each. Each message is built around one real thing happening in that person’s world. One cold pharma lead signed in 20 days instead of the usual three months.
Jeremy, founder of Super Benji, will then show how it works live, from the brief to the briefing pack that lands in the salesperson’s inbox the moment a prospect replies.
You’ll leave with three practical lessons you can apply to your next campaign, and an honest look at where it still falls short, and a free lead from Super Benji. If you’re responsible for growing exhibitor revenue, this session will show how to make your outreach properly personal, without hiring an army to do it.
