With over 15 years of experience delivering 500+ events across Europe and internationally, she specialises in creating impactful event experiences while building communities that foster meaningful connections long after the event ends.
Passionate about collaboration, networking and raising standards across the industry, Valentina regularly speaks on event operations, community building and the power of human connection. She shares practical insights, honest lessons and real-world experiences that inspire event professionals to think differently about how they bring people together.
