**About Club Ichi**
Club Ichi is a social club and membership community for people in events who do cool sh*t and love to talk about it. We bring together event professionals, brand-side planners, producers, suppliers, agencies, freelancers, and event tech leaders through real conversations, in-person experiences, and community-first connection.
Speaker
I work in customer success and account management at Eventscase, helping event organisers get the best from their technology and making sure it genuinely supports what they’re trying to achieve.
A big part of my role is understanding where the real challenges are, finding practical solutions and building long-term relationships rather than simply selling software.
I’m particularly interested in how technology can make events feel simpler, smoother and more valuable for both organisers and attendees — and in helping clients get more from the tools they already have.
