This session is hosted by Gleanin and is part of a wider programme of community-led meetups taking place across Event Tech Live 2026.
You will be approved for this event by the Gleanin team.
Each meetup is 45 minutes long and is designed to be informal, interactive, and connection-focused. The format may include networking, roundtable discussion, community updates, founder conversations or open dialogue, depending on what feels right for the group.
This is not a sales session. It’s a space for real conversations between people who care about the same space, challenges and opportunities.

**About ACTIVATE LIVE**
ACTIVATE is a virtual event for event marketers — short, bite-sized talks for people who are short on time. Now, for the first time ever, we're bringing the ACTIVATE style out of the virtual room and onto the floor at Event Tech Live for 45 minutes.
Escape the busy show floor and join us for a focused 45-minute session on event marketing.
See you there!
