Tech Demos 2026 - Quickfire learning session for next generation event tech

Out tech demos return for 2026 but in a new & exciting format. This 45-minute session will feature back-to-back tech demos from:

• Captello (KS10): Captello's CAPTIV8 platform covers event registration, contactless check-in, real-time engagement and post-event analytics in one place. It's built for organisers who want cleaner data and results they can measure.
• Iceni Event Solutions (KS2): Iceni provides registration, badge printing, session scanning, lead retrieval and access control for events from 100 to 100,000+ attendees. It pairs flexible software with experienced onsite teams.
• Pheedloop (KS5): PheedLoop is an event management platform covering registration, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers, check-in, badging and attendee engagement. It's powered more than 20,000 events since 2015, mostly for associations and professional organisations.
• Rookoo AI (KS1): Rookoo builds Venue OS, an agentic AI platform that gives venues, hotels and eatertainment businesses their own AI "digital colleagues". The agents handle the customer journey from enquiry and planning through to event day and aftercare.

Following each demo, attendees have the chance to ask questions to each presenter and offer honest feedback on the potential application of their tech in real-world scenarios.
