A 5K run or a 2K walk along Royal Victoria Dock before the doors open, hosted with Brella and led by The Run Collective. Meet at The Crystal at 07:20, set off at 07:30 and you are back by about 08:05 — a two-minute walk from Excel West.
It is not a race. No bibs, no timings, an easy six minutes per kilometre on the flat, step-free Victoria Dock parkrun course. The 2K walk turns earlier on the same path, so wheelchairs and buggies are welcome and everyone finishes within a few minutes of each other.
Free, but places are capped at 50 runners and 20 walkers. Rehydration drinks, a snack and a branded buff at the finish. You need an Event Tech Live badge as well as a place on the run.

Hannah has been part of the events industry for a long time and set up The Run Collective to bring two of her favourite things together. She will be at The Crystal on the morning with her team of England Athletics qualified leaders.
