Nabila Elassar, CEO & Founder of Evion, joins Mia Masson to talk about what ten years of running events taught her and the moment she decided there had to be a better way. They get into how US organisers work compared with the UK and Europe, where AI is taking real work off an organiser's plate and where it just adds to the to-do list, and the one change that could make your next event more money or save you time.
