For years, my events didn’t turn a profit. Selling tickets and securing sponsors, speakers, partners and volunteers was a constant struggle.
Then one conference delivered 8× the revenue. Sponsorship grew from $5,000 to $100,000. Three sell-outs. Overflow crowds. More than 500 volunteer applications and a happy, organized team of 100+. Speakers I’d never dreamed of booking were asking to speak.
Same venue. Same organizer. What changed?
In this hands-on workshop, Nabila Elassar shares the decisions and tactics behind those results: how to make speaker invitations worth accepting, give brands a compelling reason to sponsor, and grow without multiplying the workload.
Then put those approaches to work on your next event, using Evion.
Bring your laptop and event brief. Leave with:
- Hundreds of relevant speaker and sponsor prospects, with email addresses, LinkedIn profiles and personalized outreach ready to launch.
- Matched promotional partners, with referral and ticket-sales tracking.
- Venue, catering and vendor options, ready for quote requests and comparison.
- A live event page, ticketing and agenda, ready to develop and share.
- An attendee lounge with personalized matchmaking, contact exchange and automatic follow-ups.
- A team workspace for roles, shifts, briefs and communications.
- Everything above is free for registered ETL 2026 guests attending this workshop.
Actual prospects. Prepared outreach. Your next event underway—and weeks of work off your list.
