Finding the right exhibitors and sponsors has never been harder. Buyers are overwhelmed with generic outreach, response rates are falling, and event teams are under pressure to deliver more growth with less resources.
In this session, Informa will shares how they're taking different approach. Rather than scaling volume in their outbound marketing, they've used AI to scale relevance, combining research, personalisation and relationship-building to engage the right prospects with the right message at the right time.
You'll hear how Informa is using Super Benji, an AI-powered outreach tool to identify high-value exhibitors and sponsors, create genuinely personalised communications at scale, and generate more meaningful commercial conversations. Along the way, we'll explore the results achieved, lessons learned, and what this means for the future of event sales.
If you're responsible for growing exhibitor, sponsor or delegate revenue, this session will show how AI can help your team sell more like humans, without working like dogs.
